A barn and a wine storehouse separate the gîte from the owners’ house. The gîte, about 90 m², includes: • Ground floor: - Living area with modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, island for 6, lounge with 2 sofas, pellet stove fireplace, wall-mounted TV • Upstairs: - Mezzanine with sofa bed, secretary wardrobe, wall-mounted TV - Prairie bedroom with double bed (140 cm), French window to shared balcony, mountain views (weather permitting) - Soleil bedroom with two single beds, French window to shared balcony, mountain views (weather permitting) - Bathroom with shower, towel warmer, WC The gîte features a partially covered private terrace/garden, not overlooked, ideal for meals and aperitifs. Plancha grill provided. The park’s majestic trees offer shade during hot weather. An annex cabin at the entrance under the barn houses a washing machine, dryer, and extra bathroom (shower, WC). Location: Near Tournay, 15 km from Tarbes, 17 km from Bagnères-de-Bigorre, 40 minutes from La Mongie, Pic du Midi de Bigorre, and Lourdes.
